An ever-changing rota of exhibitions grace The Gallery at Duke’s. The adaptable space has hosted successful single-artist shows and collaborative exhibitions bringing multiple creators and organisations together.
The Gallery at Duke’s
Exhibitions span the years too: one of the most successful exhibitions held was ‘Hardy Country’, showcasing a rare collection of aquatints by Slade artist John Everett (1876–1949) depicting Wessex settings in Thomas Hardy’s novels — a near sell-out.
Hire the space
The ground-floor gallery can be hired. The space benefits from ease of access by steps or ramp and is positioned between Duke’s reception and the café, allowing access and a flow of footfall. Exhibitions are timed to coincide with auctions offering items of a connected theme to maximise their exposure.
